No. Poland has no golden visa and no capital threshold that buys a permit. The routes in are work permits, the EU Blue Card, a technology-sector route, business activity, study and family reunification.
Poland does not require naturalising applicants to renounce their former nationality. But Polish law treats a Polish citizen solely as a Polish citizen in dealings with the Polish state, so you cannot invoke another nationality before Polish authorities. Most people retain both in practice, but understand the nature of the rule.
Two paths exist. Recognition as a citizen, decided by the provincial governor, typically requires a number of years with permanent residence, a Polish language certificate at B1, stable income and lawful accommodation. Alternatively, a presidential grant — discretionary, with no fixed conditions and no right of appeal.
