Not suitable for those whose primary goal is a strong passport. In that case, Caribbean citizenship programs — Grenada, St Kitts, Antigua, Dominica, St Lucia — are what you should examine, and Grenada is the only country in that group with an E-2 trade agreement with the United States.
Not suitable for those unwilling to factor hurricane season into long-term planning.
